why create confusion ITS a Wroom not a dev board (use a magnifier and look at the metal cap clearly it says WROOM ),it does not say dev board, and yes arduino is just as wrong too.

Your note about battery polarity was super helpful, I noticed mine wasn't powering up and it wasn't until I watched this that I thought to check and discovered I'd gotten my battery with the polarity inverted. For anyone unfamiliar with JSTs of various flavors, get something small into the little plastic flap and lift slightly while applying pressure and the contact will pop right out. Made fixing the polarity easy, they just snap right back in.
@ShotokuTech5 күн бұрын
Glad that worked out for you. I have been thinking about making a short video about swapping the JST connectors. Thanks. Best wishes.

@@ShotokuTech you too bro. So I finally have my CM$ module WITH eemc storage running from the native PCIe Slot. What a bitch. Ive tried so many things mainly just to learn how. I have 3 brand new RPi5's to use. But its running well and I dont even have the circuit jumper on disabling eemc boot. Is that normal? I went thru sudo raspi-config and sudo rpi-eeprom-config --edit and switched the boot order and that was it. Happy New Year to you too. I bought the Nebra flashing USB stick so I didnt have to use the IO board slave port to originally flash the eemc. Did it all on my Apple Silicon Macbook

I"m getting this error: * The terminal process "C:\Users\the1d\.platformio\penv\Scripts\platformio.exe 'run', '--environment', 't-watch2020-v3'" terminated with exit code: 1. * Terminal will be reused by tasks, press any key to close it. How do I fix this? I wonder if it is due to my C: Drive only have 2.97 Gb of space. I have 90Gb free on my D: drive. How do I tell VS Code to use my D: Drive for the platformio documents? If I can point it to a folder on my D: Drive I will have enough room for it to cache everything so long as it does it on the D:. Is space my issue?
@ShotokuTech15 күн бұрын
Error code 1 seemingly just means compiling failed. Do you have the T-Watch 2020 V3 or some other version? Are there more specific errors preceding this one? Best wishes.
@a-a-ron2114 күн бұрын
@@ShotokuTech the watch is version 3. I ran the compiler on a different machine and it seems to have gotten further but did give me a file not found error along with the error code 1. A quick search says to delete the .platformio folder and reload VSCode. I have seen that advice multiple times so I just did so and am compiling again. However, I just got the following: “xtensa-esp32-elf-g++: error: CreateProcess: No such file or directory *** [.pio\build\t-watch2020-v3\firmware.elf] Error 1. “ This is the same error as before.
