How does one start to learn to solo like this? I can play metalcore stuff but my solo is limited. What steps to take ?

I got a question. Are there another trick to adjust whammy bar? I have not issues with G strings but I've tried everything. When I use whammy bar subtly everything is ok, but I play with bends, and with a 1 step bend all tuning is gone. I don't like Floyd Rose, or Vegatrem. It goes like this. CASE 1 1 - I play subtly things with whammy bar: OK 2 - I play a bend (E, B, G string): OK 3 - I use aggressively whammy bar: Tuning is gone. CASE 2 1 - I use aggressively whammy bar: OK 2 - I play a bend (E, B, G string): Tuning is gone

I bought one of these amps a couple of years ago but I hadn't dove into the world of effects it offers until recently. The boss tone studio software is amazing & will transform this amp into something entirely different. You can easily load preset tones into the channels and get just about any sound you want. This was my first guitar amp so I can't compare it to other amps but I love it nonetheless.

I got two with 6 screw trem. One if i pull up everything is perfect. Other if i pull up, im slightly sharp. On that one i took the bridge off and sure enough the six holes are not in a perfect line. In your case, being a 2 point, maybe 1 stud is higher than the other ?

Your vibrato and tone reminded me of ace frehley. Gutsy sounding strat. This would work on a Tele right?

FIRST LET ME SAY THIS WAS A GREAT VIDEO. THANK YOU. YOU KNOW EQ IS ALWAYS SUBJECTIVE AND DIFFERENT FOR EACH MUSICIAN. PERSONALLY I LIKED THE DEEPER SOUND OF THE GUITAR BEFORE YOU LOWERED THE BASE AND RAISED THE TREBLE. BUT. IT IS REALLY REALLY NICE TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO ADD OR SUBTRACT THE TONES YOU DO OR DO NOT LIKE. I THINK. BUT IN THIS VIDEO I LIKED THE SOULD OF EVERY INSTRUMENT YOU PLATED BEFORE APPLYING THE EQ.

I recorded a track with my BOSS GT 1000 CORE without IRs in my DAW and edit it with mixIR3 or MIKKO 2 and it sounds great ! When I export it from mixIR3 or MIKKO 2 and use it with my BOSS GT 1000 CORE it sounds terrible ( Thin and Harsh ) ! Am I missing something here ?????

Maxing the gain helps find the problem frequencies easier. Then return the gain back down after .

Great. Put Pearly Gates in a Squire body plus Vintage Noiseless mid and neck, S-1 switch and an Ebony Elite Fender neck . . . still wiring it . . . . now got to finish to hear how everything balances out.

I just purchased one as I know it's old but it's a good OD pedal. One huge problem for me I have found is that the switches absolutely Suck in every respect and makes me not even want to use the damn thing as they are that piss poor.

In my search for tube tone at lower volumes, I came across this and the MTG Tube Distortion. This one is outstanding if you want that amp-about-to-explode sound. Really does have that grit and growl you seemingly only get with glowing tubes.

Hmm that is a demo that really increases appetite for the pedal ;) Well done. Where do think the mids sit in this pedal? Are they slightly elevated (Klon, TS, Dumble style) , or more neutral like in a Bluesbreaker circuit?

I had this same exact issue. I lubricated the G string saddle right under where the string sits, forward, and behind where the string would touch while it’s gliding on the saddle. Fixed the issue immediately. Hopefully you already solved this

I bought an American Strat in 2015. Same issue. I have the trem flush now and It’s fine like that. But I like you want to use the trem and not a Floyd. I put a super verse locking trem on it at one time and that was a pain. So I just gave up and set it up flush
