Dear Kumarunlife2024, thank you for responding to my comment! May I know the time you start running in the morning? And how many times a week you do weights training? Do you do weights after the run? (I’m sorry, there’s no English subtitles). Thank you again in advance🙇♀️

@@janed6862 thank you for your interest in my workout! I do some warm-up stretching first at the gym. Then, I do 30-60 minutes of strength/weight training followed by running. So, running part starts around before 5:30am for about 1 hour. I am trying to do this 3-4 times a week. Want to more but now it is good for me 😁
