I died trying to dash over the hotdog (with smoke dash) more times than id like to admit due to just mistiming it. I finally made it there with 2hp so i could tank it anyway, and of course managed to make it without taking a hit lmao

No idea if it's been patched out, but I found a glitch that allows you to equip the Cursed Relic and the Cosmic Cookie at the same time, making the process a helluva lot easier.

Neither are better than the other, it simply depends on what boss or level you're doing

My favorite weapon to use on candy lady is charge shot cause it only takes four fully charged charge shots to kill her little goons

I only really found use for Lobber against Rumor Honeybottoms, since the final phase has you aiming downward almost exclusively. Consequently, I'm one of the few people that doesn't hate fighting Rumor Honeybottoms.

How is the second one even a question? How do you expect to go on to the next phase if you DON'T damage them?

The first thing I did when I started a new save was get enough coins to go to isle 4 and then get crack shot + converge to replace peashooter and chaser/ spread. I've been coasting off of crack shot and converge since, and have made it all the way to Inkwell Hell with in a week...

i S ranked him using crackshot and ms. chalice. so much easier with chalice. used her health ult to keep me above 3. just held the crackshot the whole match while dodging. I was going to do a hitless run but my cat jumped in front of the screen on the final phase and i lost 2 and won.

Fun fact: using the divine relic is super useful for p ranks, because you can parry enemies to get heart ring value and you don’t kill them (a lot of people think whetstone counts as killing them but I still got my p rank on peroiless piers with divine when I parries the starfish and flying fish birds)

I once dealt so much damage during the first phase that it completely skipped the 2nd phase. Just got super lucky with the attack timer I guess.

I somehow got lucky and he gave me 2 parriable cards in his first phase, which let me completely avoid trying to parry in the second phase. And his first attack in the third phase was a pink bucket. Easy S

A detail about the cursed relic I like is how as you get closer to unlocking its full power it’s bad effects of the charms slowly become better and better as well as it having its appearance change Also when I was doing the cursed relic for the first time I learned that you could just do co op let player 1 die and play the rest of the boss as player 2 and it just works I don’t remember my motivations for cheesing this because it was a while ago but I would suggest doing this challenge the intended way and only doing this for player 2 (because the relic progress doesn’t transfer between the 2 players)

Wow I finally did it, when I was trying to do it I almost always lost all my extra health from heart ring at the 3rd and 4th phases.
