I think it's very important to note that the 8spd transninthe non-hybrid is a DCT which is not a good choice for a large family hauler. Along with fuel economy, the conventional 6 speed torque converter automatic in the hybrid is a huge reason to get a hybrid over the 2.5T 8spd DCT

Two different cars targeted to two different types of drivers. I respect what the Dodge is, but since I like “driving” no question the Mustang is my choice. 🤠

They’re all pieces of junk. For the amount of money you pay for those things, other than the seats, the interior is atrocious.

We got our Hybrid Calligraphy today. I have no issue with the acceleration of it. Is is a sports car? No, but as a family hauler around a city it is truly excellent. Much better than our old 2016 Pilot.

Here in Europe, where this car comes from, we had Alfas for soooo long, they are known for being good looking, great driving, horribly unreliable, with horrible resale value. Even their moto is that you should buy them from heart (because mind says no). The most accurate to describe an Alfa is that it is the exact opposite of Toyota

I test drove the mustang gt today, I really really wanted to like it, but with how small it feels it killed it for me. I wouldnt even be able to fit someone behind me in the back, i know thats not the point of the car but its pretty much useless besides putting stuff back there. I never got to full theottle it but about 80% thottle it didnt feel that exciting, and the paddles had a big delay between when i hit the paddle and when it actually shifted, some of the shifts felt kinda sloopy. The scat pack felt faster and felt more exciting, the paddles were quick and the shifts were smooth and punchy. I know the scat pack is quite a bit heavier but to my butt dyno it felt much faster than the mustang

Do not buy a Scat Pack. I owned a 2016 and had engine issues. A constant ticking noise which according to a Dodge mechanic was valve clash. Buy the 5.7 RT or a SXT or GT with the V6.
