Loved this! I’ve just came out of hospital and the house needs a major sort before we have our new addition arriving and this has just motivated me to make a good start! We also still have our Christmas tree up so that’s going down first😂😂xx

Loved this. What I found helpful with slimming world was to plan all my meals, snacks & drinks for the week and make sure each day wasn't over the maximum syns, then you've just got to stick to the plan religiously but for me it took the effort and emotions out of eating, best of luck xx

Hi Jessica, when you have kids, christmas just explodes around the house. Ours was exactly the same! Im slowly getting back on top, but what the kids don't realise is that it's such an effort to get the tree up and then down and get it all put away/ find a home for things. I did a massive clear out before christmas, too .😂 Happy New Year, btw.

I’m a new subscriber so don’t know your hair any other colour ( I’m also a hairdresser) you’re hair is lovely, you’re pretty too. Hello, recently found you, and now binging your videos. Love Nacho! Not sure if this is helpful but the best thing I did for weight loss was get rid of all ultra processed food, made almost everything from scratch and really checked packets so I knew what was going into my body. (The book ultra processed people was a great source too) it meant I could eat almost anything but meant I was eating a lot healthier and I lost a stone and a half :) and it’s been pretty easy to maintain x

My son did the same ripped everything open to play but then I was missing pieces and directions uggg

Awww you look beautiful don’t put yourself down and your hair suits you both blonde and dark, we all put on weight after babies and Xmas. Iv just started calorie counting it’s great, you can still eat so much I’m not finding it hard at all 😊 happy new yr. bet you felt great after sorting the house and glad that you made the start 😅 x
