Hi there! For this recipe, you’ll need cornstarch because it acts as a thickening agent and binder, giving the potato noodles a smooth texture. Using cornflour will not give the same result and might add a gritty texture and different flavor. If you can’t find cornstarch, you can use potato starch or rice flour as alternatives. Брынза это овечий сыр . Но не в коем случае не сыр фета. Брынза плоная твердоватая но не размазывается как сыр фето. Малосольной это свежий когда только посолили и немного в рассоле постоял. Тогда он как бы соленый, но сохранил ещё свою сладость. Молоко овечье само по себе сладкое.😅 А с урдой овечьей так ещё вкуснее и укропа добавить.😅 И не надо никакого мяса. Да не сравнить по вкусу с мясом. Можно вместо овечьего сыра взять коровий сыр но только жирный. С молока сделанного что не снимали сметану. Чтобы сыр был жирный. Потому как овечье молоко очень жирное.😅😅 Приятного аппетита .
