I have never eaten such delicious creamy pasta! Easy, quick and very tasty. This American pasta drove everyone crazy! Cheap, fast and incredibly delicious!
Ingredients:
- 20g vegetable oil
- 100g onion
- 500g minced beef
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 5g paprika (1 tsp)
- 5g garlic powder (1 tsp)
- 5g dried dill
- Black pepper
- 200g ketchup
- 30g plain flour
- 200ml milk
- 120g conchiglie
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 50g mozzarella cheese
