Hello there! Great video you have here. Can you make more videos on all of the things these Olivetti Lettera 32s can do? Mine’s arriving next week and i’m afraid that I might not know all the thing it ca do. *Set Tab, delate Tab, ribbon putting, margins, etc. Thanks! These videos are excellent, but it will be so much better if you make more videos on these lovely typewriters.

And why didn‘t you adjust the basket shift? It takes 5 seconds. The upper case letters are too high.

good instruction but I think most people have a problem with installing the ribbon in the center guide, a closer view of that wood be good.

Very clear explanation. Isn't the ribbon holder mechanism authomatic to reverse direction of the ribbon, I mean do you always need to move that little piece?

Hey, guys!I just got an Olympia Splendid 33.Works great!Only the ink is a bit weak. Seems dry.So is it safe to re-ink with pen ink, like used for Parker or Watterman pens? Or it needs a special typewriter ink?Cheers ;) Hey uploader, what model is yours? Looks lovely :)

Hi there Book of the Dad. Thanks for the upload. I've had a couple of typewriters the last few years, and I'm getting the Lettera 32 on Sunday. I have a question for you regarding margins and tabs. Say you're writing a script, screenplay. You have your header, slug line, action at the standard inch margins. Now the dialogue, as you might know, is squared in the middle of the page. Setting a tab a couple of inches in would make it easy to jump in to the dialogue format. But how would you know when to stop without setting the right margin? Seems stressful to set the margins for the dialogue and then back to the standard inch when writing headers and whatnot. Thanks.
