Would guess a hammered silver coin hopefully! Happy Birthday young man!! I've had 2 knee replacement surgeries and I wish id had done it sooner but today's technology makes it so you are walking the same or next day. Pain only lasts a couple of weeks then you can dance the jig!!!

Happy Birthday Clem!! I needed to lose weight about 10 years ago so decided to cut all my food portions in half. It was hard for the first couple of weeks but after that my stomach had shrunk and I've continued eating half what i used to eat to this day. Lost 20kg and have kept it off, now if only I could lose the lingering belly flap! Silver ring is the thing?

You are only 61 Chill Bill. That is not old. Sounds that like me, you have inflammation in your body. I’m down 20 lb. On an anti-inflammatory diet at 77. Feeling so much better. Pain is a great motivator. Check out on line the anti-inflammatory foods to eat or avoid. Wish I’d known this sooner in life.

carved rock - looks like a recycled floor tile made into a tessera for a mosaic. - - Guess the mystery item - if your luck is anything like mine, all I've found this year are airgun pellets and rusty nails! I need a new field!

Great to see you again. I got a great coin signal day before yesterday at 4 inches. It was so good a signal, it got me exited. It was aluminum can slaw at 8 inches. The worst day detecting beats the best day working for someone, in my opinion.
