I live near the Cheddar Gorge in Somerset they keep Unpasteurised milk cheddar cheese in the local caves , it's heavenly... The best by far 👍💕

That was fun! Would have never known the correct, pronunciation of Roquefort. I loved everyrhing about eating in France when I was there. The apricots were just coming ripe. They were so good with the cheese, bread and wine.

John, live unpasteurized cheese is a lot easier to digest! Those lactosebacilli help you digest it. When factory milk/cheese gets sterilized that probiotic help goes away! Real live Roqufort should go down easier than your American Jack!

@@ChillBill1 I seem to get a reaction of some sort regardless I'm part Italian so to tell them not to eat cheese or pizza is a no no has you tried the Stilton cheese and slice of apple baguette its very good with pint of bitter I also been metal detecting in Normandy found lots of artefacts for my museum and the cheese Normandy is famous for

That is a very beautiful place. I didn't realize how the land would be there. Glad you enjoyed your taste tests. And sorry to say that in the US we also had many companies go under due to COVID. Not only the small independent places, but the larger companies as well. And it is odd too that places that were well staffed before it all have had problems getting people. A common phrase is now that good help is hard to find. Even McDonalds has openings at wages that are higher than any I ever earned in my 28 years of work.
