For example, keeping the Skill Seal debuff, so the boss can still be cheesed by using characters that have Skill Seal, while still maintaining a level of challenge with that 8 million HP of his. This season's DC is just hard for the sake of being hard, not challenging or brain scratching.

@ It definitely would help if Skill Seal is an option, though 8M is still a lot of HP to go through. Well for my roster that is.

@@Coffin_Company_Hana But it's still doable without any RNG shenanigans, just takes a while to clear. Or, the devs can learn from Honkai Impact's Elysian Realm mode where they give us ways to eliminate enemies or bosses buffs by performing certain attacks, skills, or damage types. This gives the players the incentive to use lower rarity characters or characters that has skills or attack types that eliminates the boss's buffs. Counterside already has those infrastructures in place, but they should also give the players more than 1 type of buff, instead of the current system we have now. Honkai Impact's Elysian Realm mode sometimes gives the players 3 or even more buffs on a weekly basis so that players are ALWAYS able to achieve the MINIMUM SCORE for the rewards, no matter how broken or unfair the week's current bosses are.

@ I think that sounds an interesting system to have and I’m down for more unit variety, mechanics, usage, and different buffs like you stated. I think I stated this before but I would like it if the Devs took a look at older kits of lower rarity characters and make them provide a niche. Like on the top of my head, Lee Jin and Lee Minseo both provide ASPD Down but they could change one of them to provide a niche.

One thing I can see is that since you have R.Miya she can help push A.Mina away when she spawns in your back line. I’m guessing you didn’t pick Gaeun and Chinatsu from the New CEO selectors? Unfortunately this stage is not newbie friendly unless you have certain characters to help you. (Like awakened Yuna and her HP% damage) And missing out on rearm chinatsu makes it more difficult. But yeah if you can post an image of your entire roster and it would be easier to give you an idea.

If you don't have Kim Hana I would get her first. She's probably the best general operator for the majority of PVE stuff. Easy to activate along with providing +1 DP, skill haste, and the niche sleep immunity.

Hey there, it depends on your gear and who else you have at the moment. I think you might be able to do it without the Operator Sysop. I'm guessing you don't have the ability to recall her? If you do I would recall and make rearmed Alex instead and try the strategy like in the videos. @@jangkrikah Good luck with your runs, my apologies unfortunately for this DC’s environment it severely limits what could be used.

Luckily, those Soldier units/characters used in the video are basically the ones you need to own and geared up to enjoy/clear most of the PvE contents including Danger Close as a F2P. They are all farmable. Oh and also Admin Rifleman.

@ Yeah, I was dreading how to get the min-score at first since Counters have HP burn this time. But thankfully they + soldier buffs were enough to at least get the min-score. For me Admin Rifle was too fragile for this fight unless one is fine with manually redeploying them. Assault Trooper would probably better since you can place them behind her.

@Coffin_Company_Hana Ohhh yeah, forgot about those ODST guys 😂. Those 3 brave souls have been in my secondary Soldier squad for a while that I forgot they can be dropped behind an opponent 🤣. I've gotten so used to the braindead and straightforward play style of a pure Soldier squad both in PvE and PvP. Like seriously, the only thing you have to put your brainpower on is just deployment order, and just put it on Auto from there since you don't have to worry about Special or Ultimate skills from them that much, 'cause they're Soldiers 🤣.

Also, for 65 (if you need it) since Chulsoo + Kaci recently got nerfed it would be better to use Alex in their place. Hi there, in regards to your question. Your clear time affects the base point that you can get before factoring in the additional points. For example, if you only take the Special Condition Enhancement for 25% more points. You'll need to be able to clear the Boss within 57 seconds left for the 12k clear. If it takes more time to clear the Boss like in this vid then you'll need need to take more debuffs for more points or try again with stronger Gear/Roster. Hope this answers your question.

It also helped that the recent nerfs to Lily + Spira applied to the enemy as well. Yeah for sure, supports definitely hold and boosts team by a lot. Especially the good ones (Swan, A.Jia, and more). And some specialists like R.Laura definitely got a lot of usage from me. I remember when Harim was added to the New CEO stuff and she just made a lot of content possible for this type of account. (Dimensional trimming and such) I do think it would be nice if some of the older ones got a touch up (Lee Jin, Lee Minseo, Brownie Moore, and Shin Somi) but it seems unlikely.

@@Coffin_Company_Hana The devs should make more content like this. Ones where 1 certain type of class is recommended and must be the majority of our squad in order to have an easier and faster clear. A little sprinkle of RNG-dependency is also nice. However, that type of content should be reserved for those 1-time clear and forget types, not the farming/grinding ones.

@@Coffin_Company_Hana Agreed. The way I see it, the devs are on to something with the newest Dives. If they want, they could expand those 5 new Dives into something similar to Arknights seasonal Contigency Contract event, where during certain days/weeks both mobs and our own characters would get both buffs and debuffs whilst also giving us the players with "contracts" that lets us choose which buffs and debuffs we want to take. I know that we already have a similar system in Danger Close. But combining that along with the rotational enemies found in Dives and making it into a big Seasonal event could offer both variety and challenge for all kinds of players as well as expanding those 2 modes. Players can then upload various videos on KZbin, ranging from guides to "X rank" or "X class" only challenges. The game is a tower defense that has strategy elements in it, so why not go the extra mile.

Hey there, I believe a level 100 Hilde should be able to hold just fine, especially with Chinatsu's healing + Laura's ASPD Down. I apologize that I can't give you an exact answer for this. Since I can't get another dupe Hilde to try.

@@Coffin_Company_Hana No worries, I actually managed to almost beat the stages. But I don't have enough damage to finish them before my AHilde fall, so I'm farming FC to LB Warden and tuned most of the DPS gears for now.

I don't have Estaque, so I put Seo Yoon instead for buffer.

@@jangkrikah Ah I see, that is good a lvl 100 can hold. You can consider tuning/getting Spectral Gear for the Anti-Class damage as well(unless you are already planning to do so) it should help with downing the enemies faster and cheaper. GL with your runs, hope you’ll get that 3* clear.

@@riyuugin Sorry to hear that but you’re almost there so keep at it! Yeah it’s not worth the gems to refresh since you’ll get another chance. You could try tuning some anti-defender damage on Spectral gear to clear the wall faster. Or if you have some source of HP% damage. (Though that’s mostly exclusive to Gacha characters) Who knows why they made this so difficult, and requiring a strategy that was never taught to you in-game. B-Side had always been hit or miss with the contents.
