Not really, Hilde is one of the special case where Skill Haste is better so she can keep spamming her Skills and Ult for more Barriers. The reason is that her DEF is already very high so it's close to capping out on the defensive stat. This info comes from a user named Rich on the official discord. "Level 100 a.hilde with 3144 def only needs about 17% ground res to reach the cat1 res cap. after that, haste is way more useful to let her spam barriers from her special and ult "

@@noureddinechehaib5517 It is a reward from completing the Master Plan in Guide Missions. Just make sure you select Counter Skill Haste when you open the Coupon.
