To my knowledge you shouldn't dry fire any .22 lr. After doing so You will notice a small line marking the breech in the barrel. You can use snap caps but you will notice the snap caps get all chewed up.

This is really mostly opinion based. They both have advantages over the other one in different ways. Who gives a crap about the slight difference in color on the HB upper and lower and the lines. The HB is meant to be stripped down and not have anything extra it doesn't need.

No, it is a 16” barrel restriction for 556. While there is some old documentation saying down to 10” in 556. They did update the documentation before they discontinued the suppressor to say 16”.

Mine is dead on. Perhaps try switching over to a set of peep sights from skinner. Really adds to the look as well!

Yes ,this will be definitely an addition to home defense soon... Do I like the way HK treats it's customers ? No not really , as you stated , no picattiny rail and only one magazine ? SMFH !!! Will it be worth the money ? Judging by most of the videos I've seen... Really fun to shoot and very accurate sending 45 acp down range !!!
