Yes, it increases the risk of failure and fumbles which can result in horrible outcomes for your Sorceror / Druid. Of course its better from an outcomes perspective so it is a trade-off.

Thanks Man - I am going to release an updated Json in the next few days - I have now automated a number of additional functions including dice rolling from weapons, Calculating your encumbrance and calculating your conditions. Plus I now split out your dice pool into item and other bonuses to allow easier reading.

Sorry for the delay and yes really good point. In my game we don't play the focus rules, didn't feel quite right with the fellowship for us so had completely forgotten about it as an option.

I think its a great setting it'll be really interesting to see how it plays.

Aha! Found the "Dice So Nice" module! Amazing. I`ve been configuring the game for the past few days. So excited to try it out!

It's relative - so simple in comparison to the full combat walkthrough for WFRP. Not simple in comparison to Things from the Flood. :)

The basic concept of rolling dice is easy. However, there are nuances and special rules to combat. The combat itself is pretty short due to how deadly it is. There are other games where combat rules are simple but the constant back and forth due to missing or encounters having high HP make the back and forth very long. So... It depends on what you like?
