I highly recommend that anyone trying to level their Bonewright also completes the quest called "The Brannof Inheritance" from Episode 1. It doubles the amount of untuned items you can store in your Quartermaster bank.

So as you level gathering and bonewright should i be using KP to boost xp into bonewright and just manually collect the bones for gathering xp? that way my gathering skill stays ahead of bonewright for the next tier bone for my bonewright skill

I believe you should be picking Level 19 for your crafted item level for a substantially higher chance of rare gear, which sells for a higher amount.

FYI The Branoff Inheritance quest gives more Untuned item storage at quartermaster.

why did you level your bonewright to 75 when your combat is barely over 30 and stonemason is 0?

Great video. a lot fo this also applies to stone mason. i assumed this would happen so i started mining after hitting t4 stones. alot of poeple didnt though.

Been trying to find what items i need to do the level 20 passive jewelry bench, but having trouble finding that info.

If you're doing the most recent passive you have unlocked you will still get a level overnight. If you're doing a passive that's under your level when you could be doing a higher level passive then the xp scales down as you keep leveling past the passive. At level 144 doing my most recent passive still gives me an entire level overnight so I wouldn't say the xp is bad, the passives will always give you an entire level overnight if you're doing the highest one you can so it's not that getting past level 200 all of a sudden has this massive boost for the passives, it's just scaling to continue to give an entire level overnight and as you level past it the passive starts to give less and less xp. For example, the passive I'm currently doing gives me 88xp each time it finishes the action and as I level up past it to another passive and go back to doing my old passive then it will only give 60xp or so per action instead of the 88xp that it was giving when I was close to its level

I rushed Bonewright with KP for Lost and Found and am only 25 gather (Can gather lv18 bone spikes). Would you recommend rushing gathering with the best plant/etc to catch up so I can start stockpiling Gray Goat Horns at 43 or Mottled at 53, and ignore bones of lower tier til then?

In this video I was very clear about which items you should be making to level and why. The gatherer guide that goes with this will fill in the gaps. Kp is applied on the fly. Most of the time it goes on bw but if gatherer is close to the next tier you want to push kp into gather to reach next tier.

Putting your KP into XP is the only reasonable choice. I see it like this. You get a FAT xp boost, right now and here for about 25% a level at ANY level. Or you can spend it on money, and then have to take the time to turn that money into a resource, then turn that resource into something crafted to finally get the XP from that silver you chose. It's counter intuitive.. You take the money to eventually turn it into XP. Even if you walk away with a little bit extra silver, later skills produce more GP then you can spend buying resources and doing the artisan skills. I'm total level 768 and my 1 KP for XP for my highest skill is offering me 29k exp for 1 KP and the money offer is 1KP for 39silver. The money is never worth it. If you need money, level up your combat, and that's for f2p btw. If you're p2p then you would do a whole different method for money but still the reasoning stands. spend time to make the 25% of a level, or get it right now and you're that much closer to your next tier.

I put quite a bit of thought into this one. I tried to break it up into sections to make it easier to absorb. If you have suggestions on improvements I'm all ears :D now that todays video is done, back to grinding!

I really like this game and want it to succeed. Hopefully they will keep pushing updates that make the professions have a bigger impact. Like you said most just feel like you are making staves to make staves. I think if they even add a feature to see what specific professions someone has leveled would motivate me to keep grinding. I am sure this is planned I am just losing motivation around the 120 hour mark. I know those are rookie numbers I just like to see more for my acomplishments.

I recorded this after 17 hrs of grinding today >.< its very difficult to keep up the levels and create at the same time but I am doing my best.

problem with gathering is it feels like its so disjointed as in there are no good routes to line up multiple things in a time fashion like foraging things are multiple maps away and the storage rifts other then at bon spikes seem very far away from most mats

the items you dont have on the skill guide are just from afk activities no? you said they are bugged

the only recommendation I can give right now with weapon crafts, it applies to all. Always craft highest base material item available(for example if you're lvl30 or more use lvl30 bones), do not overgather mats, use knowledge on bad spots. For instance, stonemason is very rough beween 24 and 28, I used knowledge and passive xp then switched to doing mantuban's legacy for example so I could get the materials. Always use the highest level bones available to craft, because it is way more knowledge to process them, it is never worth buying the materials unless very low level or filthy rich. The players who craft lowever level stuffs to recoup their costs are gaslighting themselves imho, it is marginally better for this skill itself it's true, but it really ruins account progression. Also you need all the weapon skills for every class because transmutation equalize levels, so if you want to rock epic weapons all the way it's level all 3. If you omnicraft there is a very weak spot between 20 and 40-45 on all 3 weapon skills then they get noticeably increasingly faster with increasingly more knowledge gains and money return. But for that you need to push everything with them (wc/carpenter/gathering/mining) it's a real big grind.
