I try to be positioned a little closer to the front coming into the sprint. Sometimes I can't when the field is too strong! Most of that sprint you were in the draft, but when you came out of the draft your aero helmet had just expired. 400m is a long time to go all out for most of us.

so interesting to see the other side of the world commuting! can really recommend a 45mm tire gravel bike for the perfect mix of speed and going places outside of the road! you will love it!

The only thing I would say is get a faster bike. The Felt is okay, but it's not the fastest. If you're so inclined, get the Pinarello Dogma F 2024, a set of ENVE 7.8 wheels and if you want really fast, get the DT Swiss Disc wheels. Other than that, I think you did pretty good. Those damn Tiny races just about kill me when I try them.

Great video!, I’ve retired now but I cycled to work work and back for about 40 years, I never gave into bad weather, there’s a great feeling of achievement in completing both morning and evening rides on a bike!. Just buyed one and sending it already back, not pairing with my suunto 9 pro peak, pairing oké butt no heartbeat the thing thinks probably i don't have a heart ( like my wife believes)

In the magene app it works. Pairing works but after that no heartbeat. Strange but no confidence anymore.

The trail beside the Humber looked slippery and sketchy, good job staying upright! I've got a Kona Jake with 'winter tires' that handles pretty well in the snow, fortunately Toronto doesn't get snow often and it doesn't last long. I used to bike commute to work all year round, about 15 km on the Lower Don Trail, it was nice to be away from car traffic.

I commute to work on my sl7 only difference is I live in South Florida. That layering up just to ride my bike I couldn’t do every day. When it has gotten into the 40’s here I dread going out only because I have to dress warm and cover my face if not I would get wind burns. Either way kuddos to you my dude 💪🏼

Hygge model S and Elves (falath) are way different geometry. Hygge is ultra slack front HT angle. slacker than a gravel frame.

Completely agree they’re different bikes. Was mostly referring to how the Hygge bike could become popular as an aero bike like the Elves did at one point 👍

I've backed the UNIT1 Aura helmet when it started on kickstarter and im really really happy with it. I have the Orca colour scheme and with the option of a magneticly attached visor and contacting a person in case of an impact its just the perfect safety net. Its not cheap, yes but I love to use it for the winter months.

When the rails are secured in place on the seatpost, will the flex be less? Because of my boney butt, I need the contemporary boost type saddle, which is wider but not necessarily longer. I'm just musing as I wait for my AliExpress Kocevlo saddle, which appears to follow the same construction method, being flexible plastic with carbon rails. Thanks for the vid.

@@DiegoHorchata I’ve tested it at medium on low beam and it’s lasted over 5 hours on a full charge. Are you sure you tested on low beam not high beam?

Lousy, mine only lasted 3 months and the control stopped working from the first week. The App never found the light and after 2 months it was full of condensation on the lens. I had it on standby for 1 month and then it worked for 2 more days, in the end I had to throw it away.

may be something I need to invest for long distance cycling next year. on my country the front blinking light is forbidden so you'd only be able to get away with using it on a trail if nobody else is around.
