How do you sort the items on the Item list so that all the categories are grouped together? I am trying to put the price next to Broccoli for example, but it's really hard to find in a big long list where everything is not organised.

The priority column does not automatically set up colored priorities on its own after finishing the deadline rule. Would you please help with setting that up?

Petit message pour les français, qui ont eu une erreur à 12 minutes, avec la formule de la date, voici celle qui a fonctionné pour moi : =SI(H14<>""; DATE(ANNEE($B$2); MOIS($B$2); H14); "") Remplacer les virgules par des points-virgules, et rajouter "" avant la dernière parenthèse. Les espaces ne sont pas obligatoires par contre, mais ils permettent d'éviter qu'une référence de cellule ne soit pas prise en compte. La formule de la vidéo ne fonctionnait pas chez moi, alors j'ai téléchargé le template, et là la formule fonctionnait bien dans le template, mais même en la copiant, elle ne fonctionnait plus dans mon fichier perso. Donc j'ai cherché un peu et voilà. Très étonnant que la formule fonctionne dans son template mais pas dans le mien par contre, ça je ne comprends pas. ps : I just finished to build my budget spreadsheet, it was hard to do, for a french, but it was awesome. Thank you very much for that tutorial, i learned a lot :)

I just started watching your videos, and compared to other tutorials, you explain things so well! I was able to understand why you create these formulas to do specific things, and not just type formulas to produce things. I like it better when I actually understand why things are put in the formula than just copy-pasting formulas. You are a gem!

I'm maybe a little late to the party but I have a question. First of all this tutorial is amazing! I'm trying to create a calendar for me and my boyfriend to see the tasks we both need to do, hence my question; Is it possible to give the task a color which will automatically show in the calendar as well? For example: I want to give the task of my boyfriend a blue color and my own task a pink color, and tasks we need to do together a green color. Is there a formula that will intergrade it automatically in the calendar as well?
