@@Txdcblues There are a couple versions of this show on YT. Sadly, there is no one 'complete' version, as what master tape once existed had performances edited out for the bootleg dvd. (Also, some of the performances contained prerecorded backtracks.) If you do a search of the title, you can find a few of these single performances. Here are links to two different versions of that NYRE 1975 show with different performances. Glad that the younger generation keeps Chicago's music alive! kzbin.info/www/bejne/ppiupImPqNWdiJo and kzbin.info/www/bejne/o4KoaoyXr9egjrM

I think that if Terry Kath had not died, he would have eventually went out on his own. He plays, sings, and writes songs as good as Hendrix, Clapton, Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray, Joe Bonamassa etc. He has a tremendously soulful voice, and I don't believe, for one minute, he would have spent his whole career with a pop band like Chicago. He also had a gritty side, and was one of the best guitar players ever. I just think he was way too good to stay with Chicago..

I'm just bummed that I never got to see them with Terry! My first time was 1979, and while it was still amazing, looking back, I wish I saw Terry! This is my favorite "Suite"!!!

My favourite Chicago song used to be Colour My World. (For 50 years.) Now, this Ballet! Jerry, saw you on June 7th. Went to see Brian Wilson. Bucket list before I could shave. The second show, Chicago! Can a song, (or a suite) be a bucket list item after you have heard it? Terry wasn't there. Carl Dean, and Dennis Carl weren't there in person. But, I think they WERE there, in spirit. Best concert in my lifetime! steve

Dan Furlan - They were early members of the Doobie Brothers, who performed on that show. Also, there may have been a couple members of Herbie Hancock's band (Headhunters) who were also on that night. Don't think the entire show exists anywhere, but you can find various clips around YT, if you hunt for them! (New Year's Rockin Eve 1975)

Thanks! I'm answering here, about Anxiety's Moment, because it just doesn't allow me to answer to your reply. Anyway, I got a partial answer from the person who manages their Facebook account, he kindly asked Lee Loughnane and said he just remembered it being Polish, something about Polish sausages, and that it was Walt Parazaider's idea. Now all we have to do is to find a Polish speaking Chicago fan 🙂🙂🙂

@Andrea Agnes Thanks for checking! That would make sense, since Peter Cetera is Polish. I asked the question on a Chicago FB fan page but not even the expert die-hard fans knew. I should've just gone straight to the source, but didn't even think of it. Yes... now we have to find a translator!

When I was 18 I was in love with the love of my life and Colour My Love was our song (it was our first dance). I had Chicago on 8 track and would cue it up to the song before picking her up on our dates. Fifty years past and it seems like yesterday.

@ABACAB72 Yes, you're correct. 1) I was avoiding posting the actual show title which was "New Year's Rockin' Eve 1975" to avoid YT's copyright police. 2) Some performances were pre-recorded at LA's MGM studios in November, so technically it was still 1974. Lol!

I always wondered what the guys are saying in the middle of Anxiety's Moment (Chicago at Carnegie Hall, 1971)... There's this 2 measures-break in the middle of the trumpet passage, and in the studio album (and in every other live version I know, this one included) the break is left empty, but at Carnegie they're shouting something in unison...
