I’m new to this channel, and you’re already telling me to subscribe even though I have no idea how good it bad your videos are. Apparently, you don’t see a problem with this situation, now do you? My guess is, you care about your subscriber count more than providing benefit to your audience.

People fail to realize that hedonism is not always dark but it can also be of light too. Everything has a good and a bad version to it. And when it comes to hedonism, hedonism in a healthy way can be a great way to live your life. Healthy forms of hedonism can be me traveling the world, eating my favorite foods, buying my favorite clothes, taking plane flight after plane flight, going to beaches and islands, getting loads of gifts, relaxing on a beautiful day, being out in the sun enjoying myself to the fullest, and etc etc. People love to stereotype hedonism as a dark indulging type of practice, but not all hedonism is like that. There are multiple different forms of hedonism. Some are good and some are bad.

And if you can manipulate a person or persons "veil of perception" using propaganda and lies, you can gain power, control and money over a group, a country or a planet.

Bottom up processing starts at the fullness of all that's around us at conception, from being the tiny vulnerable dot that we are, to the growth in welcome and security or not in the womb, at birth and to toddler time. These form our foundational, easily kept subconscious experiences with profound drive. Top down often fails to process this and integrate or acknowledge the drive of this within each of us As such it becomes manifest around rather than healed and nourishing within and between us.

Don't ever do this! It comes off at best disingenuous, and at worst, you will just leave people confused. If you have an employee, treat them like an adult . Say something like : I'm telling you this cause I have truly high standards, and i know you have the ability to do better. and then say whatever the issue is. It's clear, conscious, and leaves room for questions and assistance on the tail end.

Thank you for the insightful presentation on micromanagement! You highlighted two important views: the positive aspect where micromanagement shows a boss's care, and the negative aspect where it signals a lack of trust. However, I believe it would be valuable to also consider the Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid and the situational leadership theory. These frameworks suggest that the effectiveness of micromanagement can depend on the context and the specific needs of the team or individual and not 2 aspects; being positive or negative. **1. New Employee Arrival:** When a new employee arrives, the manager provides organizational rules, procedures, and training to ensure that the new employee will perform as expected. At this stage, the manager is more task-oriented and less focused on the individual, indicating that micromanagement is taking place. **Positive Consequences:** - Ensures the new employee understands their role and responsibilities. - Provides clear guidance and reduces initial confusion. - Helps quickly integrate the new employee into the team and processes. **Negative Consequences:** - Can be overwhelming and create a sense of being closely watched. - May limit the new employee's ability to use their initiative and creativity. **2. Skill Development Phase:** As the knowledge is acquired and skills developed, the manager remains oriented on tasks, but their feedback increases. Micromanagement reaches its maximum during this phase. **Positive Consequences:** - Provides consistent feedback, helping the employee improve and refine their skills. - Ensures that tasks are completed correctly and efficiently. - Reinforces learning and builds confidence. **Negative Consequences:** - Can lead to dependency on the manager for approval and guidance. - Might create pressure and stress, reducing job satisfaction. **3. Performance Improvement Phase:** Once the knowledge is gathered and skills developed, the manager's orientation toward tasks should diminish as performance increases. Micromanagement then decreases. **Positive Consequences:** - Encourages autonomy and independent decision-making. - Fosters a sense of trust and empowerment in the employee. - Enhances job satisfaction and motivation. **Negative Consequences:** - If not managed carefully, there might be a risk of reduced oversight leading to mistakes. - The transition from high micromanagement to less supervision needs to be smooth to avoid confusion. **4. Fully Developed Employee:** Finally, when the employee is fully developed and performant, there is minimal or no micromanagement. **Positive Consequences:** - High level of trust and confidence between the manager and employee. - Maximizes employee potential and encourages innovation. - Improves overall job satisfaction and retention. **Negative Consequences:** - Potential risk of complacency if there is no feedback or recognition. - Requires a highly skilled and self-motivated employee to be effective. By considering these stages and their consequences, we can see that micromanagement is not inherently good or bad but needs to be adapted to the development stage of the employee.
