Elliot lied about Walter, but Gretchen was right about one thing: “Walter White” was gone; that man has no attachment to this world, not after that phone call with his son a few minutes before this scene. Only Heisenberg remained.

Great show but that scene wasn't very realistic. All those cops and he's just sitting in a car outside?

BCS was great... but instead of El Camino, or maybe in addition to it, I wish they had explained the exact circumstances that drove a wedge between Walt and his partners at Gray Matter. They touch on it some during the show, like with this scene here, but I still think they could have made more out of it. Maybe I just need to watch the show again, but I was very confused by the conversation Walt had with Mrs. Schwartz and this scene and the scene where Walt confronts them at their home didn't really clear it up for me.

If I had a nickel for every time an episode of breaking bad ended with the camera zooming in on a random object, I’d have 2 which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice right?

Yeah..walter ego ruined many things from his life and others..but its the same ego in this scene when Elliott publicly rubbised his intelligence helped him to settle his most of the problems and enemies in finale.. this is main plot of BrBa ..He gave up 100 percent..but after his ego triggered he just comes with full blast and fire.... vince potrayed just entire plot of show in just 2 minutes..💥✨🔥...

Victory slipped through his hand because of that stupid book in the bathroom. The way i see it he had no other option than kill hank the moment he figured it out Hank found out the truth. The blame would fall on the Cartel anyways.

This scene is the encapsulation of who Walter is, a man who has been outspoken and been undermined, and now after all these seasons of ups and down's, he find himself in a worse situation than the beginning as he loses his family from his own greed. The reason I think Vince choose this theme during this part of the show is to highlight what the show is. His story is just a coping mechanism of his intial betrayal of being a mild mannered gentleman who lost his company of Grey Matter. Therefore when this wound is highlighted the entire show can be displayed, therefore the song plays. Walt never changed. He was Heisenberg all the way through.

He could just surrender and negotiate with DEA that he would help them bust Jack’s crew, rescue Jesse, and take back 70 millions dollars. In return, they provide basic needs for Walt’s family. At least people will see him as a man with dignity. And finally Hank and Gomez’s body can return to their family. But no, it has to be his way and his great ego. He never give a f about family. He repeat family and family over and over again, remind me of Vin Diesel in Fast furious 😂

This show handled "unlikely events" in a very satisfying way. Walt is "lucky" but also it's a curse. He makes things happen. In fact, one annoying thing is that, at the beginning, the Greymatter guys offered to pay for his treatment, but he immediately refuses. But we don't get to really see WHY! Many great episodes start out with interesting scenarios like this. I think we deserved a whole episode around this idea, where Walt at first JUMPS at the chance, but then his history with them or his own ego causes his to reject the money.

What Walt did to Elliot and Gretchen is strike mortal fear into his enemies for the rest of their lives and it took him two laser lights and a Skinny Pete and a Badger.

I love how walt's ego genuinely never ends in the whole show. He probably had little-no intention of getting that direct revenge on elliot and gretchen had it not been for this tv interview. That means this probably fuelled his desire to get the money back from Jack and the neo-nazis, save Jesse, and then give the money to elliot and gretchen to give to walt jr and holly. All these 'redeeming' acts fuelled by yet again, his ego.
