At 43:00. The fairy Unicorn picture is very pretty. Instead of re-starting is there a way for you to change up your stitching to tent and make it easier on yourself? I would try changing up your stitching before chucking all that work!

Funny story but you will like it I think. I started watching a bunch of new floss tube channels by watching end of year WIP Parades. At the end of one is lots of thumbnails of other videos. I noticed you had all Full coverage so I came right here. I only do full coverage designs myself these days. Hello Sister! OK, carry on!

Love this one. Congrads on 50% done. I have it, but I have not started it yet. Is yours max color? The detail is so good on yours. I hope mine will look that good. I have 4 projects going right now and need to finish something first before I start another HAED. I also have another one of yours Fireflies and Grandparents. I'm doing all the 310 first in it. Love how it's outlining everthing. It's a perfect one to do cross country.

Hi Carla. I am just finishing up frogging half a wing and the body of my port peach butterfly ornament by JDGM. I have the no background version and it is not doing it for me. My fabric is lovely and i did a centre start so trying to recoup it.

Happy New Year. I think we stitch with somewhat alike in set up. I have a Daylight stand and I have a Daylight clamp light as well. I also have a clamp that hold a cell phone that I dont use that much because I now have a tablet. I sit with a pillow in the small of my back as well. The stand enables the qsnap to rotate 360 degrees so that flipping my work is very very easy. I also now use the Royal Rows method of stitching. My stitch count has greatly increased. I tried cross country a while ago and I got so lost that I almost gave up on the project all together. It seems that getting lost takes up too much time that I could use to be stitching. I love the Royal Rows. I use the snake method and I go row by row and it has made a tremendous difference. Have you ever looked at the Royal Rows method?

I think the way you're going is great. It's a hobby, it should not be loaded down with a bunch of obligations. However, if you want to do "I Choose You" for hubby, don't wait. I'd work on that just a little everyday and give it to your soul mate asap. I really enjoyed your WIP parade. You're one of my favorites.

Good afternoon, my stitchy friend. I very much enjoy your touring videos. I would love to see Scotland for myself, but I have never flown and i doubt i ever will. I am very interested in the history. My 11th great grandfather was the 9th lord of Balfour Castle in County Down. If i ever got in an airplane, I’d love to visit Scotland, Ireland, and Germany as well as the HOLY LAND. But I’m 69 years old, having major back surgery in 5 days. I enjoy all of your stitching videos. There are others i watch but you are my favorite. I call you “my Scotland stitchy friend”.

Hi Carla, I was wondering didn't you have a HAED project named "Fireflies"? What ever happened to Doorway to the Stars? Thank you for all you do for us. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication.

My thought process for projects which I no longer enjoy stitching is this….forcing myself to add another duplicate number of stitches will not change my dislike/discomfort, will waste more time & materials and, in the end, will likely crush any interest I have to ever restart it….the best option is to STOP immediately and set the pattern aside to restart while I am still in love with it…. I totally enjoy you and your projects!!! Thank you!!
