This is exactly what I was really want to deal with! I'm the food truck owner in Vancouver and it has been only 4 months I started. Always struggle with those soot and fire from the exhaust but here's the answer!! I appreciate you!!!

It's good to see you making this change, I know how hard it is. It never stops being hard,we just get better at it. Well said and glad you shared your journey. We can look in our backyard and wish we planted a tree ten years ago,but we can plant it today. Your calories were very low, please consider maintenance around 2100 when combined with your training.

you have done well, I know we were at odds in the past on this issue. Keep focused on strength training and something I found me, was finding activities too, not just the gym. I am really happy to see this change and I think you will impact many people in a positive way.

I'm excited to follow your story and I'm inspired to start my own journey to a healthier weight. I have been sidelined by bad knees and was unable to walk much at all, but 8 weeks ago I had the worst of my knees replaced and I'm already enjoying the increased ability to use my legs and get my body moving again. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I have been so impressed with your progress and want you to know that you are an inspirational and amazing role model 💖

I have a question: I have a 20’x8.5 car hauler converted into a food truck, this is our third year, and our first time using a fryer, we are scared of it!! How can I safely transport hot oil?? I have no clue.
@SandWitchesFoodTruck7 ай бұрын
get some lids made up at a welding shop or buy them on line for the fryers. let them cool with the exhaust system running for around a half hour, pop the lids on and go. I've seen many food truckers try this. Our truck is stationary now, so we can just let them cool down normally
