This is exactly what I was really want to deal with! I'm the food truck owner in Vancouver and it has been only 4 months I started. Always struggle with those soot and fire from the exhaust but here's the answer!! I appreciate you!!!

Thank you ladies ❤last night the flame started rolling out from the burner. Large flames burning and there was nothing going to settle it! My son shut the gas off immediately. I’m going in the morning to clean as you demonstrated!! Thank you!!

Great video ladies! Looking forward to seeing your future content! I'm currently looking into this as a possible future business. Some videos about licensing, the different classes of food trucks, TSSA inspections etc. Would be some very welcomed info for future videos. Keep it up!

I have a question: I have a 20’x8.5 car hauler converted into a food truck, this is our third year, and our first time using a fryer, we are scared of it!! How can I safely transport hot oil?? I have no clue.

get some lids made up at a welding shop or buy them on line for the fryers. let them cool with the exhaust system running for around a half hour, pop the lids on and go. I've seen many food truckers try this. Our truck is stationary now, so we can just let them cool down normally
