Hi, I'm on the 9th day after my Septoplasty (combined with Turbinate Cauterization). I started being able to breathe better after the splints were removed on day 4. Initially, I felt like I could inhale better through my right nostril (the side where my septum was deviated), but since day 5, it feels like my left nostril is more open overall. Currently, it feels like I can get 100% airflow through my left nostril, but my right nostril still feels a bit clogged-maybe about 60-65% airflow compared to the left (as if something blocks it). Is this normal at this stage? Will it improve over the next few weeks as healing progresses? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Thanks SO MUCH for this Nena! ❤ I’m not a total beginner and have played on and off since I was a kid (although I just got back into it fairly recently after going YEARS w/o playing, but anyway I digress sorry lol 😅) But yeah I thought I was getting better and finally starting to play what vaguely resembled music ha…until I attempted to mashup I Know Places with Wildest Dreams and was VERY quickly humbled 😅😂😭. I realized I was WAY out of my league since they’re in different keys..plus just getting the rhythm and chords right for ONE song is hard enough when you’re still fairly new at guitar 🎸, so TWO songs, AND I gotta make it flow seamlessly?! Smh 🤦‍♀️ I mean, those 2 songs do kinda flow together lyrically a little bit if you think about it…for example if you start with I Know Places, then in the chorus you go “Baby, I know places we won’t be found and they’ll be, chasing their tails trying to track us down cuz I-I-I-I, I know places we can hi-i-i-ide…I know places IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS AH AHHH AHH…” etc and just go right into Wildest Dreams! (And if you’re feeling really fancy, you can do the bridge for Wildest Dreams, then go “In Your Wildest Dreams…I KNOW PLACES”…etc and go into the I Know Places outro.) 😁 🤷‍♀️🎶 Anyway, It sounded nice in my head, and watching Taylor do all those mashups on the Eras Tour inspired me to try to do one of my own! (Tbh, The Eras Tour was one of my main motivators to start playing again period. Taylor just has that magical effect on people! 😻🎸👸) However, it’s WAY harder than it looks to transpose songs in 2 different keys, mess around with different chord progressions and decide capo vs no capo, and if you use a capo then WHERE…lol it’s just a lot and a little overwhelming in the beginning! You and Taylor make it look so easy! 🙏❤😊 But your explanation DOES help a ton, more than anything else I’ve watched or read! So THANK YOU NENA!! You’re awesome and a total rock star girl! 🎸😎🙌 P.S. IF you (or anyone reading this) happens to know what chords would be good for an I Know Places/Wildest Dreams mashup, I’m all ears! I’ve been playing around with G D Am C for the chorus, with Capo on Fret 1 (How Wildest Dreams is often played). It just sounds a little off to me still…I want a nice build up to the mashup the way Taylor does lol. But I know that takes a LOT of time and practice. Still, I’m all ears and willing to try anything and would love any and all help and advice! 🙏 Thanks again! Sorry for the long comment! In truth.... So my theory is one unheard..... However a fortnight is 14days the month of February..... February 14 valentine's day .... The concept of Twin flames is strong in the video clip and in TTPD.... When one meets there Twin Flame they seperate and go through the False Flame when meeting the actual TF it triggers the shadow & the code/frequency of the other to be activated and so separation happens..... And when they have both done the inner work they come together again.... I didn't know I was meeting my Twin when I met them I was Transgender, & also had been through being born with a whole in my heart & literally was living in crisis accomodation as had a month before had kidney failure.... Anyhow there's more and more anyhow I'm unsure if Taylor is aware of the connection in actual TFs, the lyrics of her songs even how did it end.... Girl, you have to be kind to yourself about your goals! You’re touching people still. I’ve recently discovered you, and I adore watching your videos. I’m not technically a “creator” yet but I did graduate with a digital media production degree last year and thought about it. I thought about having a travel vlog but lately I’ve been really enjoying devoting more time (all of my time lol) to the Taylor fandom. My husband and I are retired Air Force and have 3 daughters turning 25, 23, and 22 this year. We all attended the Eras Tour in 2024! I enjoy your channel because watching you and Ally reminds me so much of my girls, and us living through these eras together. Anyway, I really want to connect with more Swifties and be actively involved in the fandom. Rather than taking on a huge undertaking like developing a channel, in my mind I feel like at this point I would like to volunteer my assistance where I can. For example, in a Swiftie FB group I’m in I volunteered to send out bracelets for their exchanges. I would be more than happy to help support giveaways, or something like that. I love to travel so if you hosted an event, if that was open, I would support that as well. As far as a video I would love to see from you, is a Post-TTPD analysis of Folklore and Evermore. There are soooo many brilliant breadcrumbs back to those albums and also Midnights that were left in TTPD for us to find. I am in the process of writing up my own analysis, and it’s something I would love to share with a fellow Swiftie when I’m done, if you’re interested. I was inspired by a hip-hop reactor who around 6 months ago reacted to his first TS video, and that led him to becoming adopted by a devoted Swiftie, with whom he ending up attending the last day of The Eras Tour. This video was great but still had so many terms that i'm not familiar with. Is there like a Day 1 intro to guitar for newbies who know nothing other than "guitars have strings"? haha or am I SOL?
