These are so fun to watch. Hoping it's not lame to make a request, but the theme from 1974's The Conversation would be very cool to see you perform!

Even without a proper synths setup, it sounds very believable and faithful to me. I'm not really a fan of this adaptation (much more preferring Villeneuve's epic, especially after having watched on it on the big screen), although Lynch ranks high as one of my favorite directors. However, I can't shake off the feeling that Lynch's "Dune" is the answer to the question what "Return of The Jedi" might have looked like, had he accepted the offer of directing it.
@FilmScoreBoard2 ай бұрын
Thanks! I thought the last 2 movies were superior in many respects and I do genuinely love them. Lynch's Dune has always been one of my favorite "what could have been" movies (along with The Keep and Legend) - movies that are exceptional in many ways but didn't quite make it to the finish line. Having read one of the many drafts of Lynch's screenplay, I feel there was a much more satisfying experience that the producers didn't allow him to edit.

It’s interesting because Anthony Hopkins used to be Gary Oldman, and had only recently mellowed out… Gary Oldman has since become mellowed out Anthony Hopkins and Keanu has always been mellow.
