First Gen Audi R8s are plagued with AC compressors going out and mag ride going out. The rest of the car is flawless but, those two items I mentioned are expensive to fix which makes this car a pain to own. Do ask how I know this 😂 and yes the engine must come out to change the stupid AC compressor. If you have one of these, sell it and never look back. Go for second generation

Should of made it electric. In a shtf situation theres not gonna be fuel for this gas guzzler its only good for as long as the infastructure and world stays in order. Plus it doesent matter if you can turn your lights off and drive with nightvision when your driving a super loud v8 again electric would make you so quiet youde need to be within 40feet to hear the cracks of the rocks under its tires ti recognize or hear a vehicle at all. Gas only is good for 3 years so if its no longer being produced or distributed to gas stations and the populations youve got 3 years left to use vehicles 5 for diesel. But electric you can easily set up solar panels and a charger and have a infnite supply of fuel for as long as the sun is up and panels are maintained. Uts got emp protection already its a no brainer especially for the price they ask for one of these to make it electric. When done correctly electric vehicles can even drive beter when submerged in waterm enfasis on when done correctly. Chinese evs are not done correctly and light on fire in the water but tesla model s which is made correctly will drive through chest height waters for a period of time. It doesentlook like the v8 resvani even has thr snorkle or anything to be able to drive submerged which is such a missed opertubity snce its so bullet proofed with bullet proof glass and windows its already water tight and tightly sealed with tight tolerances its already water tight.

Idk anything about this car/model, but if it's that cheap already, and costs that much new, then i don't want to imagine the reapair cost when something goes bad. And things will go bad too. It's gotta be a pain in the ass to work on, so you need to take it to a shop that has special tools for it, and you're pay a lot. Do not buy something that depreciates that fast in value lol there is very likely a good reason for it being so cheap

If you aren't rich, don't buy cheaply built, expensive, and unreliable shit that you're going to sink half your money into to keep running. Instead, buy an old Toyota/Lexus from 96-08. What you'll save not having a stupid car payment, having cheaper insurance/registration, you'll be able to put a downpayment on something that makes you rich. Think about it, 4 years of 500 a month vs 3-7k once, and a few repair bills annually "less than with the damn Maserati" with the regular maintenance you already had to do. That 16-20k could be better used elsewhere than showboating in a car my 98 Lexus can take. Buy what you can afford so you can afford later. Don't be hood rich, be rich.
