They are a crazy value, but there is a reason for that value. They are very susceptible to throwing rods, locking you in the car if the battery dies, and over confidence. I recommend the Spider if your battery dies, then at least you can pop the top to get out. I hear all the time this car drives like it's on rails, till it doesn't then regaining control just don't flip or hit anything. If this car looses control you are in a life and death situation. By far the biggest complaint is why the hell do I have a huge hole in my block, when I am meticulous at taking care of this car? My opinion is if your in the market, send it into a pro who does McLaren work and have it bullet proofed before this happens to you. Just my opinion, but also food for thought, like i said grate car great value, but there is a reason for that great value.

well said! If McLaren can fix their reliability and electrical issues, they'd be unstoppable, because they truly are amazing cars to drive when they work.

Personally, I'd choose the 720S. Performance is insane and is the most exotic feeling of the 3

@@CassianLevinson easily done, 570, 600 etc are 3.8. I believe the 4.0 in 720 is based on senna 4.0 (or vice versa). I am lucky enough to have a 2021 720 spider… and without tempting fate, a reliable car and limited elec gremlins. As you point out, a superb car, and I couldn’t think (nor afford) anything much faster this side of a Veyron
