*sighs* You can take so much positive references from healthy habits from Japan, and I keep thinking how much our former First Lovely lady Michelle Obama attempted to create a HEALTHY BETTER food program for American Schools and even had a garden at the White House for children and teach them on healthy vegetables to plant. Sad to say "Karens" wouldn't accepted her intentions and this the US is number one obese country and following behind us is UK. I've watched a lot of TV shows mostly in the UK on how BAD obesity is including of course their kids and its PAINFUL and sad to watch. Such an obvious problem. In having menopause after chemo treatments of all types and thyroid issue, maintaining my healthy weight has become challenging but I've found ways to help my problem and I miss being 120IBs so eating specific foods and thanks to my love of Japan I've emulated their portion size eating to the point that I eat a lot less than I use to and in conditioning my stomach to specific quantiles I'm getting success although menopause it a mountain of hormone unbalance but I'm not giving up! Nihon ga daisukidesu!

So technically the Oiran and Tayu are very different. Visually they look similar, but the Tayu is the highest ranking GEISHA, so an artist for entertainment and the Oiran is the highest ranking PROSTITUTE. I stayed there for one week, It was one of the most impressive Experiences I ever had in my life. You reach Shinjuko, Shibuya, Ginza and whatever you like to see in Tokyo by train very fast and still be able to see real life in Japan. I also loved the station. They have a very good Food-Court there in the station.

To point out an error that you and pretty much 80% of people make, it's NOT an "international driver's license" but simply a translation of your local driver's license into at least six to eight languages and it's called an 'international driver's permit' (IDP). Most countries don't even care if you don't have a IDP with you if your driver's license (DL) is in English but Japan is VERY by the book so even though most Japanese police can easily figure out an English text DL, they'll ask for a IDP along with your DL and your passport (DOCUMENTS, PAPERS, SCHNELL!!!). FYI, ALWAYS carry your passport with you when you go out while visiting Japan and a photocopy won't be acceptable. Rental car companies in Japan will also ask for your DL with your IDP at the counter when renting. FYI, never been asked for a IDP when renting a car in Australia, Spain, France, Portugal, England, Bahamas, Cayman Islands or Chile when using a Canadian DL.

going down it is easy to reach 40km.h on a bike, so you should ride with the cars and not follow the white line. Being squeezed between cars and the guard rail at high speed is very dangerous. I would just have take the middle of the lake and have cars what behind me, on the way down only, not on the way up obviously.
