So for everyone who buys this model, please pay attention to more than just what is shown in the video when setting it up. Even if the printer is packaged very well and professionally, this is unfortunately not enough. The heating pad carriage came loose during transport (in my case the suspension even bent). I would recommend that everyone check their printer to ensure that the printer heating pad is firmly seated (not just the position but also that it is firmly seated). I would also suggest to elegoo to dismantle the heating pad; transporting it over long distances puts enormous forces on the device. I'm just unpacking the device and haven't even installed the bridge yet, but I've already discovered loose screws on it. Please don't get me wrong, you can solve these things yourself without any problems, but it could be difficult for beginners who want to quickly achieve good results with this device. It would be better for Elegoo to create a real professional video with a detailed structure and test plan. With kind regards, Christian Fohry

I don't know what everyone is whining about the update is not hard or complicated to do. Just start with a blank stick and card put the fix on the stick if UV and old version if not skip this step then update firmware from menu then wait for it to restart to finish it this takes a few mins then update the screen by plugging out lead take the 4 screws out stick in the card plug in the screen it updates itself when it's says finished take out the card put it back together and restart the printer

To those who have been looking ware they sell the replacement screen go to chitu system

1) Foam that comes in the replacement reservoir box is the perfect thickness… cut to 80mm square 2) Don’t tighten in a circle, use a criss-cross pattern. Use a pick to punch film before inserting screws. 3) Tighten in several steps, some screws will loosen as other are tightened. 4) Tee-handle hex wrenches will save time.

Imo one of the best resin printers in the market (normal size bed). Easy to use, nice and clean prints, excellent elegoo support! I own a business and am very happy with their products and support. I recently ordered an elegoo neptune4 max to try their FDM printers as well. I will be a hard judge since i own bamboo labs printers already
