These are very different I believe women would love wearing something funky and fun like these.you could wear them with anything. Did you make a pendant to go with them??I really like that you decided to go over the side, it's very dramatic and pulls the piece together very well.

I get hairclips with a hole, then put the clay through the hole so it's secure on the other side, and bake with the pin. it's metal, so nothing happens to it

It's great, but you should have added a tiny bit of olive green around each purple bud. Once you've attached each purple bud, poked each one at the top with a fine need to open them slightly. Good effort.

This might be a strange question, but I’ve noticed since I live in the south, my house temp stays around 73/74 degrees….. this does make a huge difference with the ability to have the clay hold shape …. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations to help keep the clay stable and not so soft?

I really like that the clay was not mixed all the way through, and the use of the pastels ,paint and real leaf texture. I plan on making something similar. This will make a beautiful gift. For learning purposes why did you bake the clay for only 4 minutes? Does the thinness of the clY allow it to cure fully in 4 minutes? Or did you cure for lo ger after applying the acrylic paint?
