I am really sorry because I can't upload my Veggie 3 tutorial, but I had an awful week with a few long migraine attacks.
I decided to upload a very old video, which was recorded 3 years ago. It is full of mistakes, it was recorded with my old camera (better lighting, bad focusing). :)
