Lactose, processed sugar, caffeine, and bread products with gluten. I learned my lesson in a very difficult way. As much as I enjoy these, I prefer to be well enough to “eat the world “. When my entire body aches and pains, and the exhaustion is unimaginable being completely present is not an available state of being. Be well, stay well 😊

Found your channel. Love you love your dogs. Very glad they have their own pool. Lakes and streams not only have bacteria and algae but often fishing hooks and lines and glass.. Its not safe anymore. You can get a pretty large inflatable pool that is soft sided, and long like a rectangle, pretty reasonable price. Your dogs would enjoy it. It would be soft on their belly as they enter and exit and folds for winter storage. Best wishes on your move

My mom had trouble with a tire for a long time and finally got to the root of the problem just having the rim itself thoroughly cleaned and the same tire remounted. It was an inexpensive fix. Maybe yours is similar. Glad to hear things are going smoothly for your move. That's really smart to not chance your dogs' health and providing them with their own pool. It's been so hot and humid. The tire thing is probably a leak that is due to the belts or bad manufacturering process i have run into it a few times the layers are misaligned you can use slim or other sealant to repair or it might just be a bad valve stem!
