You have a legitimate complaint there Marsha. You could also note that you are leaving the tip in the bottom of the box and for the driver to take it and replace with your delivered package. Ha! Of course if they don't read the note, they won't get the tip:) I have a worse story regarding an Amazon delivery of gift cards to my sister for her Birthday and all I can say is that it was a good thing that I tracked the Amazon truck as it got closer to her house. It's pure lazy honestly.. it isn't like there is a big old sign over the dang box as well as the instructions in the delivery! (and I'm like you - I start out at a low tip and then go in and change it...) have a great evening!!

What do people think? He sounds lazy. I always try to follow the instruction. Usually the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Like your instructions Marsha. Sometimes they are not easy to follow and I'm just scratching my head. I still try to do my best. This guy just didn't care.
