You are done 90% but there is a mistake I have seen and that is your channel algorithm doesn't understand your content properly. So, it would be best if you wrote an algorithm-friendly description. Another expensive overpriced home that rich foreign investment property families will snap up to hide their millions. Foreign investment tax means nothing to the incredibly wealthy. They destroyed the housing market on the west coast and now doing the same to the Okanagan area.House will be bought and paid for and have zero residence in it or perhaps their young kids simply to look after it. Trudumb has caused all this along with so many other issues Canadians face.

tldr: they were told this was a horrible idea and they did it anyway. then they quickly found out why it was a horrible idea. Kelowna is not Vancouver, they have actual bedrock to build on.
