Over two years to get a development permit for a single family home with no variance (and counting). Total indifference from District staff.

Do not go to lake country. Just drive by. There are some weird backward hicks there. It used to be called Winfield. It's just strip mall on the highway. One very lame strip mall. more cons: there is not a single store to buy clothes, the only jobs are at Dominos, the liquor store is very busy. Of course people have to cope with living in lake country(winfield). Gulp, gulp, gulp, a 6 pack and half mickey later oh yeah this place is great.
