This is an amazing video I have a question. Before I ask I would hope one day you go over stance. I’ve been watching carters videos and I enjoy them but my questions about stance. When doing stance I find the front foot awkward and don’t know if I should be on the ball of the foot or flat footed. I was hoping maybe you could answer that for me thank you!

Why is not very widespread this type of boxing ? It s incredible , it is as martial art. The punch is always connected to the body structure.Wondrefull

Why not go in between the fingers?
@yoyomyers28 күн бұрын
As he explained, he wants more wrap to cover his wrists, which is what wraps were designed for, alot of wrapping nowadyas it just for looks and its more art than protection

@@CarlDavidJacobson-g6b to hold the wrap over the knuckles in place?
@teammcdoom5 күн бұрын
When you close your fist, you’ll notice no gaps between your fingers. So placing wrap between fingers means your not closing a true fist. To be honest it’s horses for courses but I typically don’t wrap between fingers, especially for young/amateur fighters and if it’s wrapped right, the fabric on the knuckles shouldn’t slip :) Saying that, some pro fighters will include extra material for protection which may need to be held in place. Whatever works and feels comfortable is my motto but I prefer this method too

I love these videos you are doing Edwin keep them coming my friend. I hear what George is saying about making changes to the Peek a Boo style. However following the fundamentals and the concepts of the style is what made it the most effective style in boxing which Mike Tyson went on to prove. Edwin are you going to interview Carter Weber as well . He has also been doing clips on the Peek a Boo style and claims to know the style ?

this was dope...to be honest before you cut him off...i was interested in hearing more about the differences between what Cus taught and what he took and left....i think that's important...because I'm 6'4...270....and i feel the same...obvious because i havent been taught directly from the tutelage of Cus...it's more so these kinds of videos and others that i studied...but to fit my frame ive taken alot...but the more you train...the more your body finds itself in it and you modify to your frame and what makes sense....i think learning the basics and then making it your own makes more sense....hearing more about what Cus wanted and then what he took and left was important before you cut him off....
