I love carbon steel! McFatty, check out Darto Carbon Steel pans, it's nice because there is no rivets so it makes cleaning up a lot easier after cooking and no chance of oil getting caught in the rivets part. Also the bottom is wider, so you can fit 2 eggs easily in the smaller 20cm size one.

@@cyluk81 do you mean McFatty's De Buyer? Or the one I mentioned the Darto? The Darto is available world wide, google it and check out their website. It's an Argentinian brand, I did an unboxing and seasoning of it on my channel. The de buyer is a well known brand so you prob will be able to find it in HK. Happy cooking!

I always like my cast iron frying pan. The difference between the cast iron and carbon steel is that the cast iron has hgher % of carbon. If I do have burnt food on the pan, I do use metal scrubber and little washing up liquid to clean. It just after cleaning I will heat the pan to warm and oil it so that it won't rust. If you do NOT want food to stick to the pan, it is the correct temperature and oil that keeping food sticking to the pan.
