For the amount of money that we spend on these units and it seems as though the issues of the screen display going upside down and you only see the bottom half of the screen, is a common occurrence, yall should have competent technical support for THAT issue instead of forcing us to go out of our way to find a dealer for trouble shooting. The name and the brand are over ratting. I tried to return or replace it but they said it's impossible. I wish Thermo King could find a solution to the problems.
