Got this unit on my truck 6 months ago. It has been in the shop for clearing this code 13 times already.. Looking for a repair shop now for time number 14. Amazingly built product, definitely the standard for people who bought one to save money.

How do you fix that code, mine just popped up and it’s a brand new truck, Les than 7k miles on it

My brand new truck with 149 miles already had the air blower motor quit. Good quality product. 😂

Been 3 days of freezing my ass off and this A288 code won’t clear. Guess we won’t get any information on how to remedy this problem.

You know? For the amount of money that we spend on these units and it seems as though the issues of the screen display going upside down and you only see the bottom half of the screen, is a common occurrence, yall should have competent technical support for THAT issue instead of forcing us to go out of our way to find a dealer for trouble shooting. Bought brand new units for my brand new trucks and yall can’t be bothered, hell yall can’t even post videos on how to fix the issue. Waste of money if you ask me

Why don't you explain in more detail what that code does, if it's important, or is it just a dummy fault, etc. don't just show a video of code and not explain
