This will probably sound weird to a lot of people but sometimes I go and visit my mother's grave. I sit quietly by her headstone with my headphones on and I listen to Blackbird, I know it hurts and Wonderful Life. It genuinely feels like I'm having a conversation back and forth with her. I don't know why I decided to do it one day but it's become a bit of a tradition for me now and it helps. Thanks AB
