From my experience you don't prime the filter with oil unless it's a diesel

Sooo I installed my Fumoto valve but I forgot to take the blue washer off before so the washer is on with the fumoto Valve on top of it I don’t plan on taking fumoto off u think it’s okay to have that washer on

Wish you had shown how to remove and reassemble the blade guard, which I had to remove and clean. I finally figured it out through trial and error.

I did driver side no issue but the passenger side the top bolt is seized up and I’m not sure how to get it out now… so it’s in my shop over night just needing 1 dang bolt loose so I can be done in 5 mins literally

Nice vid, but at the dealer we do it a different way. All we do is remove the pinch bolt from the knuckle, the two nuts/bolts for the bushing, and use a prybar to remove the arm. When installing, put the balljoint in the knuckle and tigten the pinch bolt. From there, get the bushings into the subframe. Heres the interesting part we do: we take the bolts for the bushings and put them in vicegrips (we clamp onto the shoulder of the bolt) and put the bolt through the bushing. From there, we basically move the bolt back and forth with the vicegrips while hammering on the vicegrips until the bolt goes through the top part of the subframe. From there, tighten the nut and that's it. Its hacky, but it takes about an hour for both sides once you have it down.

You don't have to take the side shield off.

If anyone wants to know how to align the cam pins do this… 1. Plug in new motor (before mounted) and set the car to coldest setting 2. Pull out the cable arm towards yourself all the way to its limit. 3. The blend door arm should fall all the way down into the proper position with no motor attached to it 4. Mount and bolt the new motor into place and the pins should fit nicely into their respective slots on the cam dial
