Interesting analysis. But Mexico is not "in close proximity to America"; it is _in_ America. You probably mean _the US,_ which is the name of the country. Also, _effect,_ not "impact".

Wealth of the nation is created by small and medium companies, they push development; Amazon in US is notorious for underpaying its workers, it doesnt make people richer, it only benefits Amazon shareholders, and that's true for all big companies; South Korea is dominated by 3 massive corporation to the point where it should questioned whether it's still a democratic country

Mexico is mediocre country with very poor education and thus, no technologies. It is not Us's fault they lag so much behind but rather deficient policies for the last 100 years of the political establishment , lack of interesets in technlogies and sciences, and in general poor lidership of the elites

We still have a lot to do. First of all, security. If we want to develop our industrial sector, we first need to make it safe for outside investors. Diversifying economy. It might not be a problem for the whole country but atleast in my city, you're either working on the goverment or a teacher OR in some all business. This is bad. This means that our qualified workes will flee else where to find a job. Poverty. It is a big issue that is being ressolved, like the minimum wage increase, but for some reason the goverment has started to give out loans to our eldest and youngest, it's not bad short term, but long term, they'll become dependant on us. Once there's too many loans handed out, we'll have to print more, since there's more money, it's worth less. So we will have to pay MORE. Kind of a Venezuela/Argentina situation

If mexico can fight corruption and make a big change, why can the usa do the same and go back to be the great country it once was.

The fact that Mexico was not a rich country, despite bordering to the richest country (the US) tells you enough what was the US's attitude towards Mexico, through the history. Instead of heavily investing into satelites, such as Germany, for no other reasons than long term political goals, the US could do more for Mexico.

Mexico is a failed state. Almost in a state of a civil war : Chiapas, Michoacan, Sonora, Baja California, state of Mexico, Sinaloa. Federal government does not control these states. They are Cartels armies ravaging these territories. They basically extort all the businesses and people : even small peasant enterprises. (please do not talk about drug trade. It is all big lie. This violence is all about extortion ). - There a lot of people who have nothing else to do. This is a reality!!! Mexico es lagging behind in technologies and education ( it is an absolute disaster ) . Political system is established the way there will never be social progress nor real economical development . Political establishment is not interested in getting there people out of misery . Real economy is devided between clan oligarchy groups.

The reason why Mexico is making money and the USA is tanking can be traced back to free trade agreement. It’s great for business but tanks the country and its citizens.

There are clear risk indicators which are showcased quite well in this video. But now 6 months after it's fair to say that there was no crash. People didn't loose their homes left and right and the economy is growing. In a way the fact that a majority has a very short term morgage actually means that the fiscal tightening from the central banks is actually noticed sooner. Which is the whole purpose of raising it in the first place. If we as an example compare with USA they are still struggling with fighting against inflation while here in Sweden it has fallen significantly and keeps going down. Another thing to mention is that here in Sweden it's fairly rare to buy properties just as an investment. People in general just buy a place to live in and that is a difference compared to other places where people buy properties to rent out to others.
