This guy's got an arm like a mosquito's leg, yet he's giving advice on how to build biceps. Nonsense.

Neutral grip or hammer grip is not a bicep exercise... biceps have an attachment An Origin and an insertion... to develop biceps size you also need a mid-range exercise... you are using inferior variations... not for beginners.

Love this channel. Most trainers on the web do not go into this kind of detail. Keep it up Chris!

Amazing explanation, thank you so much for your effort! Instead of just saying what to do, you explain why, making it clearer why the position of the movement matters. Could you please give info about how to avoid using traps especially when we train shoulders. It would be nice to hear the explanation from you. Also waiting for glute area movement explanations including hip thrust, rdl etc. Keep it up!

Chris, Thx for going shirtless; we can really see the muscle and the technique combined, so we too can put it together. Keep up the good work. Frank

Chris, Good luck with your newer channel. We older guys appreciate the education as well as the focus on technique...as we've often gotten off track with life or business, and getting back requires rebuilding the base before we do any heavy work. Sincerely, Frank
