Amazing explanation, thank you so much for your effort! Instead of just saying what to do, you explain why, making it clearer why the position of the movement matters. Could you please give info about how to avoid using traps especially when we train shoulders. It would be nice to hear the explanation from you. Also waiting for glute area movement explanations including hip thrust, rdl etc. Keep it up!

I will try to do a video for shoulders but the short answer is keep your lats engaged which will pull shoulder blades down and back and oppose the traps so the deltoid has to do the work. Exercise selection such as cable flys will tend to be easier to control than dumbbells where you can easily use momentum or do too much weight. As your delts fatigue, you will naturally want to engage traps. So take more time, more time under tension to really feel delts and keep lats engaged. Hope that helps!
