Pat Metheny? What an oddity. He comes from a time when the industry really cared about every listener. This master piece lasts about 10 minutes and nobody cares. Now the industry is crappy music everywhere. I hope I can still save my child from today's garbage music. I am trying real hard to teach her to appreciate this music. We owe that much to Pat.

In all the years I have listened to this track I had assumed that the intro was sung by adolescent Indonesian or Thai choristers ! I was this age when I discovered that it was David Blamires and Mark Ledford ( rip )..I am stunned ..x

A spiritual experience

As a bassist myself I was immediately drawn in by Rodby's line, and then those vocal harmonies, just pure magic! One of the coolest tunes I've ever heard. I love it!

I was there with my wife... it was surreal, but I really missed Lyle not being there.

Insane.
