I too am i fan of these 2 pieces of music. Thanks for getting them together like this. The end always makes me a little sad. They take him back to where he's from, and they leave him. This is an ongoing theme in the shows. i.e. Quidam, Kooza

A&E See the World I think she gave him the hat to tell him the show will live on with him. I agree a little sad, but still my favorite solei. I was 9 when this was on HBO and now my kids love it.

Im guessing but maybe KZbin removed it due to rights but im not sure... I wish they were here still.. Cirque du Soleil: Le Cirque Reinvente is my favorite of all Cirque du Soleil performances. I especially love the music.

Hello Karin, I used to travel to NY several times a year in the early 90's, and saw "Cirque Reinvente", and I fell in love with it, the whole experience, but above all, the music..., I'm a New Age music fanatic. Who knows but..., maybe you gave me a program at that time..., do you care to tell me the rest of the story ? ;-D Anyway, thanks for your comment.

@zunomruhtra It is so amazing that you have the exact same feelings of sadness about the end of their show when I hear these two pieces of music. I remember this show on HBO when I was a child, and now I'm grown with kids of my own. I've seen them in Houston and Vegas, and now I can't wait to take my kids to see their magic!

ooops the spelling mistakes in that... was invited to the creation of Saltimbanco, but couldn't go, because of visa and legal status in the US then... but started my own act in Germany, found the first community Circus in the Republic of Ireland ( the Cirque did give some support to that) and now work on Cabaret clown numbers and a solo show...
