Haters will hate no matter what, they will find an excuse to hate

Lebron doesn’t get the hate isn’t for Bronny, it is for Lebron. People don’t like that you pulled strings, simple as that.
@kwiwj177315 сағат бұрын
don’t pretend they won’t hate Bronny even if he has superstar talent, they will hate on everything related to LeBron, he’s already proved he was 55th worthy

@jakewallace42469 сағат бұрын
He is 100% right in what he is saying and the hate is too much for sure but it was partly set up by some of the comments that Lebron made and the amount they hyped him up noone has ever seen Bronny as a bad guy just the fanfare around him as crazy but look at the end of the day I wish him well and it is true it must be tough for him right now with everything going on. Regardless good luck to everyone in the NBA or in this comment section with whatever you are going through!

I think what's stopping this from being a much more widespread viewpoint is that NBA scouts don't care as much about international recruiting if they're not absolutely top-end talent. Otherwise, it makes no sense that four international players are at the top of the league but the vast majority of role players are still Americans.

If you gonna send all stars every olympics, you're safe.

I mean the mvp hasn't been an American since 2018 if you count Embiid as an American
@xSagash18 сағат бұрын
Right?! This makes the situation even more complicated, because if you use the argument that KD used, even with few stars outside of America, the few that exist are dominating the league. Now imagine this in the long term, 20-25 years from now? And the argument of "we created basketball", ok, soccer originated in England, who has the most World Cups today? Brazil. And in general, Latin America and Europe are extremely strong in soccer, England alone doesn't come close. So? America still dominates in this sport because it has a gigantic population, and has an entire system of "graduating" young people from the ground up, to create stars and provide scholarships for basketball athletes. No country as large as the USA has this system, and those that do, almost do not have basketball as their main sport. (China, Brazil, Russia, India, etc.).
@DarkKnight124315 сағат бұрын
Sure, the best players in the NBA right now are European but its not like France is gonna spit out another Wemby, same with Serbia etc. Meanwhile America's still got prospects that haven't even played yet like Cooper Flag that hilariously could probably get a roster spot on some of these Olympic teams lmao.
@frankenstein109113 сағат бұрын
that's one player. We are talking about a full team. In that respect no one comes close.

Durant probably thinking back to 2013 when OKC was the 1 seed and got smoked by grit and grind in the playoffs. That 2013 grizzlies team was one of the 5 best defensive teams this century and Tony Allen was the head of the snake

"But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus." Thessalonians 4:13-14 Chuck actually demonstrates Christianity in a nutshell. What a great guy he is.

My parents use to tell us when we were young. Life is going to move with or without you. Everyone is going to leave this world 🌎 one day. It’s five of us & I’m the third born, but all the weight is on me to make sure funeral arrangements are made, always have life insurance, make sure the bills are paid etc…
As far as stats go. LeBron is overwhelmingly better than both. And I’m not talking about just points.

I don't believe for one second anybody you just named had to have a second job. Wilt's $250k in the 60s is just as elevated as Magic's millions in the 80s. Now, they are low compared to today, even when adjusting for inflation. But outside NBA jobs? Man, you are not talking about the folks who put the sport on the map. You are not talking the stars of the Free Agency era of sports. You are talking old, old originals. Perhaps we are forgetting the NBA/ABA had growing pains like the WNBA as well. It wasn't always profitable for all teams. That's why some teams folded or moved. As an old head myself, I pause when I hear other old heads or myself start using phrases like "disrespecting ______." Because I recognize from my time as a kid growing up in this world that respect did not mean the same thing to me as it did my "elders." So we gotta be careful there. JJ did not say anything untrue. Except this: people do not understand that today's guys lack the fundamentals. They do. They absolutely do. Put today's stars against the 1980s all-stars playing by the 1980s rule sets, and there will be no contest. The 80s all-stars will smoke them. Now, make them play by modern rules, where things that used to be called travel get fancy names like Eurostep, and everyone can play 2-3 different positions, and shoot 35%+ beyond the arc? Yeah, today is gonna win that matchup. But that's the whole reason the "world" caught up to our US talent in bball. No fundamentals. Just flash and gas. The original Dream Team would still be destroying the competition if they stayed the same age this whole time. You just gotta watch the games, man. Nobody shares the ball and plays D like those guys did. It was personal, and they showed what true ball skill looks like.
