@Andrew-zz8yh you mean ev vs hybrid? The car only does 15 miles electric so if you're going anywhere far you will use the gas engine. I do charge the car every time I go home. Hope that provides some insight

i say that it drains fast because i look at the car radio screen and go to the battery icon and as i drive i look at the % the battery is on and it goes down fast , idk if is that im not charging it fully ,

Well it's only a 7kw battery, so it's range is short. I need to look and see if there's any cycles I could do to help the battery

Also My friend just got one and he hasn’t charged it all the way but when he charged it halfway, it drained pretty fast , idk if is normal or we’re just over thinking , your only supposed to get 15 miles on it ? i’m sorry i’m confused , some people also said you don’t need to charge it as long as your riding gas as well

Yes when the battery depletes the car will run as a hybrid. Around a 500 mile range!

These hybrid Fords are _seriously_ underrated. The 2.5 n/a Duratec 4 banger is damn near bulletproof and the transmission (E-CVT) is incredibly simple and unlikely to fail.

Just purchased a 2016 for $1700 with 140K miles they thought the Hybrid battery was bad but it only needed a charge cord didn't come with one.They sell very nice cars but don't repair them at all.I can't believe they had the car listed for $5995 because they didn't know it want start if the 12V battery is weak and the hybrid is completely dead.

what speed are you going on the highway? if you set the cruise control to 61mph in the regular hybrid fusion 2013 you get 50mpg, with the engine on ive done 65 miles one way, and back for a month doing that. Staying in right lane. If I do 70 i get a min of 41mpg cruise control. car is in cruise control like 90% of the time. Only time i dont do cruise control is in traffic or when im backroad using hills. averaging 37mph in my regular fusion hybrid i can easily get 61mpg on hilly backroads Im tempted to buy one but not for 60 mpg. at 140k the battery degradation is showing i can only pull of 55 on hilly backroad area and like 40 on highway at 70mph, 61mph still yields like 48mpg, previous owner who sold it at 31k averaged 33mpg.

So i do a lot of 70 mph driving where the car gets 38-39mpg. The phev has a bigger electric motor so it does less mpg than the regular hybrid. I'm in Florida so there aren't many hills to coast around here 😂

I have the same issue with the same fridge. My pressure keeps on going down and is not staying still. Did you ever get it to work?

While the compressor is in operation the fridge pressure on the lowside should be staying between 0-5 psi. If it's negative you don't have enough freon and need to add some more. When you add freon in the pressure will slowly drop until it stabilizes. When charging slowly add, don't let the gauges jump over 30 when adding. Good luck!

Do you have an issue with the freezer light not staying LIT ? Also the freezer panel display temperature doesn’t reflect the actual temperature in the freezer itself and it keeps on raising even though the actual inside temperature is stable.

Freezer light may be the cables that connect to the door sensors through the hinge. Mine got damaged and i had to splice them directly to the fridge

Not really, that would depend on your internet service and what router you have. This could help with load times but honestly it should be about the same as the ps5's oem storage. I'll find out more as I finish downloading games and play them from this SSD

It's 90°+ every day where I live, the ac is constantly running. Plus battery is now 5 years old, it's starting to show it's age. Thanks for the feedback though!

I Have haze out of breather tube after operating temp and some coming out oil cap no pressure though trucks runs good no sluggish or stalling is it normal ?

Sounds like a bit of blow by. Pcv keeps pressure down in the crank case so hard to say how worn the engine is from your comment. If she runs good I wouldn't worry about it.

Enjoy was knocking and was getting a decent amount of smoke out of the tail pipe as well. Been running fine since the injectors got remanufactured. Hope this helps!

Yeah I’m having a light haze through tail pipe and also I got some blow by through the crank breather tube. Not through the valve cover cap. It don’t jump up and down. I’m hoping that I didn’t wreck the engine. I got my truck as a project truck lol.

Here in 2023, lots of talk about going to all electric cars, but these plug-in (or “Gen 3”) hybrids seems like the best vehicle. There’s a BMW that basically has a motorcycle engine in it that charges the battery when needed. Perfect

Have the 2017 Fusion PHEV - bought used with 26,000 miles because original owner wanted a Tesla instead. The best car I have ever owned. For my driving needs, fill up every 1-2 months. Full electric for all local driving. Only use gas for the long trips and put 20,000 miles on it in 2 years with average of 70 mpg. Simply outstanding - I wish Ford still made these cars
