So the coffee was obviously disgusting, because you just let it get cold and or be a prop. Yeah, weird. Almost like you don’t know what you’re doing.

FYI, I have a Jetboil plastic fuel canister stand, very similar to the green one in this video, but just small enough that it fits perfectly in the Petrel pot. I put the folded canister stand in the bottom of the pot, upside down fuel canister next (the valve & cover nestle into the round opening in the center of the stand), then the stove + backup mini Bic lighter in the stove bag, and last a folded bandana, lid, latch, done. My collapsible cup and long handled spoon (rolled in a plastic bag for cleanliness) drop next to the pot in the roomy mesh bag the petrel pot comes with... and there you go, complete kitchen in one bag, lightweight and compact. There enough room left in the bag that I think my insulated meal warming pouch will go in there too. Gotta try that out next weekend.

For smaller cooking items put a cast iron griddle on top and then put the small item on it. Also with a cast iron griddle you can put several different cooking utensils on it.

You can get a complete backup camera system in 1080p with a 4.3" screen in color for $30 . I put on on our motorhome over a yr ago and it still works great.

It is rumored that some of the Preparation town's folk invented a salve used on the hind quarters. Instead of calling it Hind quarter salve, they shortened it down to just Preparation H. 🙂

Is there a special button to get the fridge to work? Mine turns on and the button works but once I used a preset temp it never cooled. Is there a special button to get it to start the cooling

My fridge comes right in after I held the power button for 3 seconds.

The new version looks and feels cheap. Just bought one cause I saw it in many videos. When i got it i was shocked. Those handle holders will poke the shit out of any backpack and overall it feels so terrible. I hate it and will send it back. If this is the alternative I will boil my stuff in a pot and done.

Great video! Whats the warranty and how many watts does the compressor use? Thank in advance😊
@ShanecoffeyoutdoorsАй бұрын
They have a 30 day refund policy as far as the warranty goes. I'm not 100% sure. The fridge will pull 45W they have a number on their website if you have any issues. They guarantee to get back at you within 48 hours and they do. I had some questions about my heater and they emailed me back and forth right away. So far I've had zero issues with my fridge. Since I recorded this we took it to Colorado for a week and it's been running in my shop as a secondary beer fridge.

That company if it was out a while prior to you getting it. Weak as that was to break twice. Most definitely had complaints on it. Maybe they had a bunch of complaints. And hoped for a good video to try an clear out as much of the stock they could off on others. Not to take as much a loss. Who knows
@ShanecoffeyoutdoorsАй бұрын
They could have to be fair. Who knows. I had to be honest. Even if they were trying to do the right thing, their product still failed. The hard part is the people I spoke to were very kind.

Check out a CLAM Pavillion. Super easy to put up and take down. Can do it in less than a minute. Different sizes and models. I bought on from a buddy of mine last year and year and used it as my tent at a meet up in Kentucky. It would be perfect for what you want to use ir for.

Great review! I too have seen too much outdoor gear that looks like the metal they used should have been used to wrap up left over food. Anyone who has worked with metal much should have known that's a horrible place to put a hole, obvious weak stress point. So much overpriced junk on the market these days.
